This website prototype does not currently transmit enquiry data to a live inbox or database. The production privacy notice will identify the responsible website operator and explain what information is collected through enquiry forms, why it is used, who may process it, how long it is retained, and how a person can request access, correction or deletion where applicable.

The production notice must also reflect the actual hosting, analytics, email/form provider, cookies, mailing tools and any future payment or donation providers. Because the AJ ecosystem operates from South Africa, the final wording should be reviewed for alignment with POPIA and any other privacy rules applicable to the audiences intentionally served.

Privacy-by-design decision: personal ID numbers, dates of birth, residential addresses, private references and banking account numbers supplied in corporate or professional records are not published on this public website.
